This diet consists of daily consummation of lemon and lemon juice. To consume it during the day it`s recommended, especially in the morning for detoxification.
DAY 1: Drink warm water with lemon on an empty stomach. Do the same in the afternoon, on an empty stomach again. Because the organism is preparing for consuming light food the first day is very important in this diet.
DAY 2: Drink one glass of water and lemon in the morning and in the afternoon. During the day drink mineral water with lemon juice in it. In 1 liter add 4 lemons
DAY 3: Now, during the lunch you can drink lemon water. Continue to drink mineral water with lemon.

DAY 5: Follow the same program
DAY 6: Follow the same program. In a day consume only 2 glasses of lemon juice.
DAY 7: On an empty stomach in the morning drink only 1 glass of lemon water.
